Health and Social Care Services Limited was founded in 2017 by Riza Tongson-Espe (Specialist Complex Care and ITU Nurse) and Gordon Ward .
It was born through a vision of a clinically sound and truly nurse-led bespoke complex care provision. Riza has observed the development of Complex Care delivered through business development led models, which often conflicted with client satisfaction and/or personalisation. Wanting to get away from this model gives us the freedom and scope to deliver the care we are passionate about, wholly centred upon giving you the best possible care and outcome.
Transparent in our approach, honest in our abilities and realistic in what can be done, we work in partnership with you to provide your ideal nurse led complex care package in your own home. Health and Social Care Services specialise in a range of conditions, with a team of specialist nurses.
